Are pets allowed?
Pets are generally welcome by prior arrangement. Please state which animal you are bringing when booking. Additional fees may apply.

Are children allowed?
The accommodations are not suitable for children under 16 years of age.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
No. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments.

Is smoking allowed on the balcony?
Please observe the applicable house rules. Cigarettes must not be disposed of inside the apartments.

Are there quiet hours?
Yes. Please be considerate inside the apartments, especially at night between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Can I bring additional guests?
Only the persons named in the booking may stay overnight in the apartments. Additional visitors or overnight guests must be arranged in advance.

Are bachelor/bachelorette parties allowed?
Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted inside the apartments. A quiet overnight stay as part of a group trip is possible, provided the house rules are followed.
